Last day of school #gift from the most incredible amazing gym partner ever 😉 it was a surprise delivery on my doorstep when i got home today ! he knows me too well (: gym chalk and a gym tee ! He’s playing his cards right 😘😘👍 #gympartner #gymrat #gymlife #chalk excited to use the chalk to help grip with pull ups tomorrow!

1. I made awesome “vegan” French toast. I’m allergic to eggs and I was really craving it. I ate part of it but it is 3oz tofu (part of my plan) sliced, add cinnamon and stevia to both sides and cook on pan till the outside is a little crispy , drizzle with walden farms syrup and OMG #amazeballs . Almost same texture as reg. French toast! (To be really vegan you can use agave or maple syrup instead) 2. My gym partner is back from his trip, so I’m feeling super goofy and excited today to train (: 3. My #abs (: I’m not tan so it’s hard to see but seriously.. This is unflexed after breakfast (although flexed barely looks different) do you see that vein in the bottom left 😳😳😳 haha oh the things I get excited for!

❤ BLOGILATES ❤: Ashamed of Gaining Weight
Absolutely love this! I too am in the same position . Now that I’m back on a “Pre”prep I feel better. But my competition was right before thanksgiving and Christmas (alcohol and food and more food and some cookies) all I thought was OMG I’m starting prep in the spring better munch down. I didn’t stop lifting but there was no calorie deficit. Some may call this “bulking” and that’s been my excuse. But in all honesty just like Cassey, I just Lost Self control, ate to no end, and every time I had a treat I would think I never have these I can eat it (although itd be quite frequent and till I was stuffed ) Another note on this topic: I who have had disordered eating since 6th grade (I’m 22 now) really knows what it feels like to even hear a comment from you mother such as “those jeans look tighter today.. Etc.” You don’t know what a person has dealt with in their life even your best friends. Only VERY few people know about my eating disorders , those are the people who would never say comments like that . But if you don’t know me (or people who have suffered) and say a comment about weight.. Even as a joke.. It still has an impact on their self esteem/mind. I began bodybuilding a little over a year ago. I started after a very stressful relationship that I finally cut off. When I broke up with him I was depressed .. I had no one even if the person I previously had was awful. I had a goal.. How to make myself happy. It finally came to me when I bought a muscle and fitness hers and thought “DAMN!” I want that. My new goal. Stop striving for skinny start becoming strong . Getting stronger in the gym had given me the most confidence I have ever had. I still have bad days and people’s words still affect me. And although i have some disordered habits, emotional i still eat A LOT. Why? Because I know I need food to Get stronger. I need protein, carbs , fats. I am not on a Pre prep meal plan. Many people think I’m insane. And it’s unhealthy. But I promise you. It’s not. I eat 6 meals and lift four days a week and cardio 5 days a week. I’ve only been on this plan for a few days and its not very restricted. But Its helping me get back on track and cut away from disordered eating. It’s helping me find things to do instead of food haunting my mind right after I eat even when I’m full. Point is: saying comments to a female OR male about weight or in relation to that it may affect that person even if you don’t mean anything negative . Be kind (: blogilates:
